ORDERING AND TURNAROUND TIME
My turnaround time can vary depending on the size of your order and my current schedule. I recommend contacting me at least one to two months in advance of when you will need your order.
Please leave longer lead times for large orders and any custom items offered as additional add ons.
Rush orders can be accommodated if my schedule allows. Please contact for more info.
PAYMENT TERMS
A retainer fee of 50% estimated cost is required to hold the date, to be deducted from final balance. The remaining price due upon completion of the project. I accept checks, credit cards, cash and Venmo.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
I have a home office located in Schertz Texas and can be available for drop-offs or pickups. I am able to receive and ship orders all across the nation. Prices do not include shipping costs. Happy to accommodate any preferred shipping methods.
ORDER 15% EXTRA
Mistakes can happen, though I focus hard to avoid any. It is best practice to order 15% additional items to create a buffer for any mistakes. Any extra material left over will be returned to the customer. I am happy to do an additional invitation samples you can keep for your memories.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT STATIONERY
There are so many choices when it comes to papers, but there are some selections that will not work for calligraphy. Some will be more prone to the ink bleeding into the fibers and becoming illegible. It is best to test samples beforehand or I am happy to do ink tests on items you are considering. You can discuss with the company providing the stationery if it will be suitable for a calligrapher to write without issues. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
